Cook potatoes in microwave — about 5 minutes per medium-large potato. Crisp in 400-450 degree oven, about 25 minutes. Other ingredients are for toppings.

Dip tenderized cube steak in beaten egg(s), and fry in oil until browned in skillet. Add sliced potatoes and reconstituted soup. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Boil and mash potatoes. While potatoes are boiling, brown ground beef. Add reconstituted soup and vegetables. Pour into 13x9x2” pan. Spread mashed potatoes over top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and heat in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Can be frozen.
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1-2 6 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/2-1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic

Brown ground beef, onions, and garlic in a frying pan. Move to a big pot, and add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and chili powder. Cook until well heated, or tomatoes are desired consistency. Can be frozen.

Brown hamburger. Cook elbow macaroni. Add green beans, tomato soup, and macaroni to browned hamburger.

Shape roll dough into individual pizzas. Cook chicken (boil until cooked), and shred. Add bar-b-q sauce and warm in sauce pan until warm. Top with mozzarella cheese and cook at 350 until cheese is golden and bubbly and dough is cooked.

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Marinate in soy sauce and water. Dip in flour and sesame seed mixture. Fry in oil until crispy, and bake at 350 to finish and keep warm.
