===== Pie Crust ===== Source: Jerusha Peterman\\ Makes 1 large pie crust - make two separate recipes for a covered pie.\\ 1 cup flour, sifted\\ 1/3 cup butter flavored shortning, chilled\\ 1 tea. salt\\ 4-8 Tbsp. ice cold water\\ Slice the shortning into small pieces and add to the flour and salt. Use a pastry blender to cut the shortning into the flour until pea sized lumps are formed. Add the water one Tablespoon at a time, mixing gently with a fork. Do not add too much water! When the mixture starts to clump up, form into a ball. Roll the dough ball into a 13" round circle and refrigerate until use.
