Reconstitute soup. Other ingredients are for toppings. ====Pizza==== crust\\ tomato sauce\\ Italian seasoning\\ mozzarella cheese\\ pepperoni\\ sliced fresh tomatoes\\ pesto\\ basil\\ sliced onions\\ slivered garlic\\ Use pre-made crusts. (Randy makes big batches in advance and freezes them). Cook in 450-500 degree oven. Prepare with toppings. Cook 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is browned. ====Cube Steak===== tenderized cube steak, cut into serving portions\\ beaten egg(s)\\ flour with seasoning salt\\ sliced potatoes\\ cream of chicken or mushroom soup\\ water\\ cooking oil\\ Dip tenderized cube steak in beaten egg(s), and fry in oil until browned in skillet. Add sliced potatoes and reconstituted soup. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. ====Fry Bread/Navajo Tacos==== bread dough for frying\\ cooking oil\\ chili\\ tomatoes\\ olives\\ salsa\\ chopped onions\\ cheese\\ dessert: honey, butter, powdered sugar, honey butter Shape dough into serving-sized pieces. Fry in hot oil, drain. Other ingredients are for topping. ====Shepherd’s Pie==== potatoes\\ browned ground beef\\ green beans and/or corn\\ tomato soup or cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup\\ cheddar cheese\\ Boil and mash potatoes. While potatoes are boiling, brown ground beef. Add reconstituted soup and vegetables. Pour into 13x9x2” pan. Spread mashed potatoes over top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and heat in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 25 minutes. Can be frozen. ====Chili==== 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed\\ 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed\\ 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed\\ 2 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes\\ 1-2 6 oz. cans tomato sauce\\ 1/2-1 lb. ground beef\\ 1 onion, minced\\ 2 cloves garlic\\ salt to taste\\ chili powder to taste\\ Brown ground beef, onions, and garlic in a frying pan. Move to a big pot, and add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and chili powder. Cook until well heated, or tomatoes are desired consistency. Can be frozen. ====Fajitas==== chicken and/or steak, cut into strips or bite-sized pieces\\ 1-2 onions, sliced\\ garlic\\ black beans\\ salsa\\ cheddar cheese\\ tortillas\\ Cook chicken and/or steak in oil with garlic. Add onions about ½ way through cooking. Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven. Other ingredients are for filling. ====Fritada==== vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, new potatoes, onions, Brussels sprouts, spinach)\\ 6 beaten eggs, with water, milk, or cream added to taste, as in an omelet\\ ham\\ bacon\\ sausage\\ cheese, cut into cubes\\ Fry vegetables and meat(s) in olive oil as needed. Add beaten eggs and cheese, cover, and cook over medium until set in the middle. ====Quiche==== The same as Fritada, except pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until set, 20-30 minutes.s ====Breakfast==== French toast\\ waffles\\ pancakes\\ eggs\\ bacon\\ sausage\\ ====Meatloaf==== ====Tomato Soup==== tomato soup\\ hamburger\\ elbow macaroni\\ green beans\\ Brown hamburger. Cook elbow macaroni. Add green beans, tomato soup, and macaroni to browned hamburger. ====Bar-B-Q Chicken Pizzas==== roll dough\\ chicken\\ bar-b-q sauce\\ mozzarella sauce\\ Shape roll dough into individual pizzas. Cook chicken (boil until cooked), and shred. Add bar-b-q sauce and warm in sauce pan until warm. Top with mozzarella cheese and cook at 350 until cheese is golden and bubbly and dough is cooked. ====Sesame Chicken==== chicken breast\\ soy sauce\\ water\\ flour\\ sesame seeds\\ oil for frying\\ Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Marinate in soy sauce and water. Dip in flour and sesame seed mixture.
