1/2 cup butter\\
1/2 cup heavy cream\\
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese\\
1/2 tea. salt\\
Dash of pepper

Heat butter and cream over low heat, stiring constantly until the butter is melted.  Stir in the cheese, salt, and pepper, and stir until cheese is melted.
